Our clients pay a small fee if they decide to hire one of our candidates. Our fees vary according to specialty and the estimated first year's income of the candidate. Our agreement is a contingency fee agreement, and you are charged nothing unless you hire our candidate. Your company is invoiced on the day, the candidate accepts your offer of employment. The fee is due within 30 days of the candidate's hire. If the candidate's employment is terminated for any reason before 30 days, we will refund the fee in full. The fee may also be applied to the search for and replacement of suitable candidate.
