Documents Check List

Please send requested documents by email as attached file to or by post to our Agency.

Here are the application materials we will need from you.
Please send us legible copies of the items listed below.
If an item is not applicable to you (if you are not able to provide a requested document),
please explain why, and if /when you will be able to obtain and forward.

NOTE! ALL DOCUMENTS, LISTED BELOW, MUST BE IN ENGLISH OR DANISH! ALL DIPLOMAS AND LICENCES (CERTIFICATES) PHOTOCOPIES MUST BE TRANSLATED TO ENGLISH OR DANISH AND NOTARIAL VERIFIED.

Documents Check List for Doctors:

  1. Current Curriculum Vitae (All gaps in CV from Medical School to present must be accounted for)
  2. Completed Application
  3. Current Photograph of size 3 x 4 cm
  4. Letter to Employer (About yourself, your education and work experience, your hobbies; explaining what type of work you are looking for, reason for looking job in Denmark).
  5. Copy of your passport (the 1st page)
  6. Copy of Medical School Diploma and Examinations marks
  7. Copy of Internship Certificate
  8. Copy of Externship/Fellowship Certificate(s)
  9. Copies of Training and Educational Certificates
  10. One Copy of your Board Certification(s)
  11. Tree References from physicians, who are capable of assessing your professional skills (Two of them must be in your field of specialization and the last one must have worked with you within the past few months).

Documents Check List for IT-Specialists:

  1. A detailed CV or Application Form including your education and work history (Dates of employment, duties and reason for leaving)
  2. A covering letter to employer, telling about yourself, your education and work experience, your hobbies, and explaining what type of work you are looking for, reason for looking job in Denmark.
  3. Copy of Diploma and Examinations marks
  4. Copies of 2-3 references from previous employers with comprehensive contact details
  5. Copy of your passport
  6. Copy of your driving license (if required for the position)
  7. Copy of any certificates relating to your work experience
  8. Current Photograph of size 3 x 4 cm
